The Investment and Net Worth Requirement
 
 The Investment
 
  1. The Franchise Fee: $37,500 initial investment per protected territory ($18,750 for 49-Percent Equity Ownership). The initial investment ($37,500) includes:
 
Rights to a protected territory, $22,500: (Each territory comprised of at least 4000 businesses)
Start-Up Package, $15,000 (Includes four days of initial training, Inventory)
 
 
  1. The Royalty / Coaching fee is phased in over the first and second year.  
$500 per month for the first 6 months
$1,000 per month for the next 6 months
$1,500 per month in the second year and thereafter
 
The on-going monthly fee ($1,500) includes: Usage rights for the Winfree Black Belt SystemTM and Winfree Business Growth Advisors, Results Guaranteed®!. 2 day national convention and training, held 3 times / year. Personal phone coaching - 1 hr / wk scheduled. Additional coaching, as needed. National phone training with other owners, 1 hr / wk scheduled.  After second year no 1 hour coaching is required.
 
  1. $50,000 working capital for living expenses, etc. during start-up. Net worth of at least $250,000 is needed.
  2. $200,000 for a Master Franchise ($100,000 for 49% Equity Partnership) - Financing is available. Master Franchisees will have the right to open 10 franchises within 5 years, anywhere in the world.
 
 

 

 Please call for the suggested retail price for an individual client to reach his/her personal sales goals or the suggested retail price for an owner-client or CEO-client to reach the company's sales goals.  After the first goal is met, WBGA suggests an annual fee for an individual and for an owner or CEO to remain in the program.

 
Seven Revenue Sources:
 
  • Local public classes in your territory for owners and sales people
  •  Hire associates for local public classes earn 50% of cash collected after expenses.
  •  No geographic restrictions working with a single corporation anywhere in the world.
  •  Introduction Luncheons (Annual registration fee and net profit of event)
  • Special DISC and WORK ENVIRONMENT profiling  or $20,000 recruiting fee of sales executives that you recruit.
  • 51% ownership and 51% share of the net profit of any additional franchises you purchase with another partner or franchiser.
  • 3 day seminar or workshop or half day workshops 
 
  • Willing and able to manage a Company-Owned Office, or invest One-Half of the Franchise Fee as a 49% Equity Partner, or invest $37,500 in a Single-Unit Franchise, or invest $200,000 for a Master Franchise.

We are happy that you are interested in our company. Our owners and partners combine over 250 years of experience actively coaching and mentoring businessmen. We have created the most effective coaching program in the world, and we have created a new holistic system to grow any kind of business. Areas of expertise include: Leadership, Cash, Margin, Profit; Recruiting and Hiring; Marketing and Sales; Coaching and Mentoring; Business valuation and Succession Planning.
 
Our business-coaching system has been tested and shown to be very successful; in fact, some of our clients have doubled or tripled their revenues.  To determine if you are right for our concept, you will need to complete each component of our Discovery Process outlined below.
As a partner, associate, or agent with Winfree Business Growth Advisors, you will receive our knowledge, superior on-going support, branding, protected territory, pricing, systems, and experience to reduce your risk of failure. Step 1: Candidate Disclosure
 
After a brief introductory meeting, we will need to receive the following items prior to our 2nd meeting:
  • DISC
  • Application
  • Confidential Financials
  • Quality References
  • Marketing Task Plan for a Proposed Office Location
 
Step 2: WBGA Disclosure
 
During our 2nd phase, we will discuss the following items:
 
  • Marketing Task Plan and Understand Expenses and you will create your own profit and loss statement for two years
  • Book Recommendations:
    • The World is Flat, Thomas L. Friedman
    • The Trusted Advisor, David H. Maister
    • Topgrading, Bradford D. Smart, Ph.D.
 
Step 3: Meeting with Dr. Winfree
Next, you will have a one-hour meeting with WBGA President and Founder, Dr. Keith Winfree. In addition to the above-listed items in Step 2, Dr. Winfree will discuss the following items with you, prior to your Discovery Day Visit:
  • UFDD *
    • If your spouse is involved in the decision-making process, we request that he or she be available to discuss the UFDD with one of our representatives during the second meeting.
  • Validation Calls

Step 4: Discovery Day
 
The next meeting will be held at our home office in Louisville, KY. Visiting our Louisville office will also provide our candidates with the opportunity to attend one of our coaching classes, an introduction luncheon, and an executive briefing. Prior to your visit, you will have a brief conversation with Dr. Winfree to prepare for the on-site interview. Dr. Winfree will also address any unanswered questions that you may have.
For franchisee candidates who wish to partner with our company, a non-refundable check for half of the Franchise Fee is required.  Our purpose in requesting a final decision at this point is that you will have access to all our trade secrets during the period between Discovery Day and Initial Training. We will not provide our coaching curriculum to franchisee candidates that are not committed to our company. No other franchiser allows you to do this.  If we choose to award you a franchise you will receive all materials to study for one month before you come back to initial training.
 
 
Step 5: Initial Training
 
You will attend a training seminar in Louisville, KY to develop a strategy and launch the opening of the new office.
